2010: year in music review

Last year I gave you a list of my favorite songs of 2009. Yes, you're welcome. This year, my music experience has been a lot more album oriented. So, I'm giving you a list of the 10 best albums I got into this year. They're not ALL from 2010, but that's when I got in to them, and it's my blog so I can do whatever I want to. Don't ever forget it!!

(in alphabetic order)
Avett Brothers: I and Love and You
The Black Keys: Brothers
Edward Sharpe and the Magnificent Zeros: Up From Below
Good Old War: Good Old War
The Hold Steady: Heaven Is Whenever
Joe Purdy: You Can Tell Georgia
Mumford and Sons: Sigh No More
Regina Spektor: Far (key track: Eet)
Ray Lamontagne and the Pariah Dogs: God Willing and the Creek Don't Rise
Zee Avi: Zee Avi

Songs that make me tingle (other than those on the aforementioned albums)
Dog Days are Over: Florence + The Machine
Glow: Donovan Frankenreiter
Listen to the Darkside: Charlie Mars
How Many Times: Rocco Deluca
I Don't Know What I Can Save You From: Kings of Convenience
World Spins Madly On: The Weepies

I probably forgot something amazing and I can keep going but I have to stop because
*someone* says she's hungry...

You can thank me later
