Small Things Saturday

This is the gingerbread house that Little Bird and I made.
What did you expect? We're Jews.
I bought some things that were more easily handled and manipulated by someone with little to no fine motor skills. There were peach rings, too but I ate them all before we could get them on the house.
They never stood a chance.

Sweet! I always wanted to make a gingerbread house, but being Jewish never did. Maybe I will!

As a fellow Jew, I applaud you. I would have hired someone to do it for me. That said, why did you decide to put bird poop on the roof?

So after the holiday we can get together for coffee and peach rings, I love those things.

Ok, fine. I'll tell you how I replied to Big Daddy...
I told him we were making Dick Cheney's house :)

What a great idea! I never thought of using gummy bears, but they really add some color!

HA! This had me totally cracking up!

The sentence, "What'd you expect, we're Jews." left me snorting my tea across my desk. LOL

Thanks for the laugh, my friend.
