Day 24 of the 30 day project: A picture of something you wish you could change

Meltdown in progress
I wish I could make things easier for her... and me.

sigh. I've seen that face and look before, and felt that feeling. I think that would be the one thing I would change too...for us all.

is it b/c of noise, or just something she does? Katie wears her headphones a lot when we go out. We just got her an ipod shuffle for christmas, too, to wear outside...I'm sorry...that pic pretty much summed up the Disney trip we went on this year, too. Totally been there.

Ahh..your poor baby :-( I remember those days so well. All I can say is stay with whatever programmes you are working on with your gorgeous girl and hopefully, in time, things will get easier for all of you.

It has worked in our case....but now we have the approach of the terrible tweens to contend with!!

merry Christmas.

xx Jazzy

Sounds like many parents are going through this too. When it is happening, it is the worse thing. You feel helpless. Brodie suffers so. Breaks my heart as her Grandma.

Awww, poor girl, we've been there. Amazing how hard it is for them to manage the little things that are fun for other kids, sorry life isn't easier for both of you.
