30 day project: day 1

In effort to diversify a little bit, I'm going to participate in a 30-day project. Yep, at least one post every day. This is a perfect time of year to do it, too, since things seem pretty busy around here. So, guess what? This here blog's gonna get a little bit more fun, a little little less woe-is-me-autism-sucks! Okay, okay, I promise there will still always be enough of that.
I've been inspired to do this 30 day project. Here's what it's gonna look like:

Day 01 - A picture of yourself with 10 facts
Day 02 - A picture of you and the person you have been closest with the longest.
Day 03 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.
Day 04 - A picture of your day.
Day 05 - A picture of your favorite memory.
Day 06 - A picture of somewhere you've been.
Day 07 - A picture that shows your true self.
Day 08 - A picture that makes you laugh.
Day 09 - A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.
Day 10 - A picture of someone you see yourself marrying in the future.
Day 11 - A picture of something you hate.
Day 12 - A picture of something you love.
Day 13 - A picture of your favorite band or artist.
Day 14 - A picture of your favorite pastime.
Day 15 - A picture of something you want to do before you die.
Day 16 - A picture of someone you've been friends with the longest and still feel connected to.
Day 17 - A picture of your biggest insecurity.
Day 18 - A picture of your favorite place.
Day 19 - A picture of a habit you wish you didn't have.
Day 20 - A picture of somewhere you'd love to travel.
Day 21 - A picture of something you wish you could forget.
Day 22 - A picture of something you wish you were better at.
Day 23 - A picture of your favorite book.
Day 24 - A picture of something you wish you could change
Day 25 - A picture of you last year and how you've changed since then
Day 26 - A picture of something that means a lot to you.
Day 27 - A picture of yourself and a family member.
Day 28 - A picture of something you're afraid of.
Day 29 - A picture that can always make you smile.
Day 30 - A picture of someone you miss.

If you're inspired to play along, let me know so I can follow your progress.

Here goes...

1) I'm short 5'1"ish
2) I'm a libra
3) I know all the lyrics to Eazy E's Boyz N the Hood
4) My college job was screening the phone calls for the radio show Loveline
5) I held a newborn baby yesterday and some weird and hormonal urge came over me. It went away.
6) I love my bird's real name and I want to tell everyone what it is but I get weirded out by weirdos
7) I keep both of my cats, Cassidy and Sugar Magnolia, in urns in my office
8) I often think in lyrics
9) I get embarrassed when people in my real life tell me they read my blog
10) I've always had a huge crush on Tom Brokaw

How fun to read about you! You're so pretty too!

When you worked for Loveline, were you in the KROQ studio? That must have been fun!

I SO often think in lyrics; isn't that weird? And then when you share them with people they have no idea what you're talking about.

I also often think in Simpsons quotes, though.

Cheryl, yes, during the day I was in the KROQ studios and at night in another studio in culver city. I was also going to USC and living in Tarzana. I drove A LOT!!!

Totally with ya on the Tom Brokaw thing. Wait, nobody else can see this, right?

Btw, I think in numbers and pictures but would love to think in lyrics instead.

My cousin is doing this on facebook- I think it's a great idea!

Too cool that you worked for Loveline!

And I never pictured you as only 5'1"- I always see your husband towering over you in pictures but I just assumed he was very, very, very tall

My partner and I really enjoyed reading this blog post, I was just itching to know do you trade featured posts? I am always trying to find someone to make trades with and merely thought I would ask.

You are WAY cooler and better organized than me that you actually did this project ON TIME. I bow to your awesomness.

Great that you could do the 30 day challenge. I got burned out with NaBloPoMo. I'm a Brokaw fan too... he seems so kind.

Can't say I fancy Tom Brokaw but then I am from the other side of the world and wouldn't know him if I fell over him...plus I'm a normal bloke, not that there's anything wrong with abnormal :)

I'm here from Blog Gems.
